Telegram currently seems to have been unavailable to numerous users for a few minutes. Telegram seems to be down for us too. What is happening there.

Numerous users around the world are complaining about Problem at Telegram, including users from Italy. For a few minutes there has also been a statement from Telegram.
Telegram down: Cannot send messages
It is currently not possible for numerous users in Europe to send messages or media via Messenger. What exactly is going on cannot be said. However, there seems to be a problem: Users on all disturbances are also complaining about Protrouble. In general, it often happens with messengers that a server fails or they are overloaded.
