As resources slowly run out, 100 juvenile delinquents are sent to Earth to see if it is habitable. In the meantime all residents of the "Ark" have arrived on earth. But that should not last long: An AI called ALIE predicts that another radioactive storm, Praimfaya, will arise, which is caused by the surviving nuclear power plants.
