The Chinese manufacturer placed next to the regular Wed 11 also officially presented the Xiaomi Mi 11 Special Edition. Except for a slightly modified back, there are no differences to the normal model.
The version will only be available in one memory variant, namely with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB flash memory. The regular Mi 11 is also available with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory. Striking and certainly the most interesting thing is the slightly striped back, which shimmers in different colors depending on the incidence of light. So-called Scodix crystals make this effect possible.
The special edition, which is also marketed as the Lei Jun Signature Edition after the company's founder, costs the equivalent of around 590 euros in China. Unfortunately, this model should not be intended for the European market.
