Apple iPad Air 4: This is how it fares in the first benchmarks

The market launch of the Apple iPad Air 4 about to start. Now the first benchmarks appeared that provide information on the tablet's performance.
At this year's September event, Apple introduced the iPad Air 4. Surprisingly, this is the first device with the new A14 Bionic. It was already clear at the presentation that the processor is supposed to be fast. Now we have the first benchmarks before the tablet officially comes onto the market.
In Geekbench, the tablet achieved a single-core score of 1583 points and a multi-core score of 4198 points. Compared to Air 3, in which the A12 Bionic works, this is a performance increase of 42 percent in the single-core score and 48 percent in the multi-core score. In Geekbench's Metal test (graphics performance), the iPad Air 4 achieved 12571 points, more than the iPad Pro (2020).
