Apple iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro (Max) and iPhone 12 Mini: Leak reveals prices and specs

Next week on Tuesday The long wait is finally over, as Apple is introducing its new iPhones. In recent years there have always been three new models, but this year Apple is set to introduce four models for the first time, consisting of the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
In the past weeks and months there have been countless rumors about the upcoming iPhones. Now almost all technical data and prices have just been leaked. The sources are pretty trustworthy, so you can assume correct leaks, but it can also be that one or the other is not correct. We have now summarized all the details about the upcoming iPhones.
iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini
The iPhone 12 and 12 Mini are only supposed to differ in size and battery. The OLED display on the Mini measures 5,4 inches and the 6,1 12 inches. The displays are supposed to have a resolution of FHD+ and probably won't offer a smooth refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, of course, the new Apple A14 Bionic is supposed to be at work, which will most likely once again be the most powerful processor in a smartphone. Unfortunately, there is currently no information about the RAM. Both models are supposed to be available in storage sizes of 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB.
The cameras should be compared to the iPhone 11 not do much. A dual camera consisting of wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle is also used here. The aperture of the main camera should be f / 1.6. Otherwise, Deep Fusion, Night Mode and Smart HDR should be better. Everything else is still unclear at this point in time.
As already suspected, all iPhones this year will be delivered without headphones and power supply.
The iPhone 12 should be from the 23./24. October will be available in black, white, red, blue and green. The basic version with 64 GB of flash memory will cost 799 US dollars.
The iPhone 12 Mini will also be available in black, white, red, blue and green and only a little later on the 13th / 14th. November will be available. The basic version with 64 GB of flash memory will cost 699 US dollars. It is not yet known how expensive the other versions with more storage space are.
iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max
The Pro models are also said to differ in size and battery, but there are also said to be further differences in the camera (more on that in a moment). The FHD+ OLED display measures 6,1 inches on the Pro and an impressive 6,7 inches on the Pro Max. If that is true, the new iPhones will be slightly larger than their respective predecessorAccording to rumors from the last few weeks, the displays of the Pro models will not offer a smooth refresh rate of 120Hz. Unfortunately, the current leak does not contain any information about the refresh rate.
The Apple A14 Bionic will also be used in the more expensive iPhones. Unfortunately, there are no concrete details about the RAM here either. The iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max will be available in storage sizes of 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB. This means that the new Pro models will start with twice as much memory as their respective predecessors.
Both iPhones are also expected to be equipped with 3 cameras this year, consisting of wide-angle, ultra-wide-angle and telephoto. There is also a LIDAR sensor, which was already used in this year's iPad Pro. There are, however, 2 differences: While the focal length of the telephoto zoom lens on the Pro is 52 mm, the telephoto zoom lens on the larger Pro Max offers a focal length of 65 mm. According to rumors, there are even differences in the main camera, as it is said to be an impressive 47 percent larger on the Pro Max.
If all the rumors are true, the cameras on the Pro models will differ significantly more than last year. As already mentioned, headphones and a power adapter will not be included.
The iPhone 12 Pro will be available from October 23/24 at prices starting at $999. Colors available will be gold, silver, graphite and blue.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max is expected to start at $1.099 and will be available in gold, silver, graphite and blue starting November 20 or 21.
Hello, will there be USB-C on the new iPhones? Is there any information? LG
Hi Bernard,
the iPhones will probably not have a USB-C this year either.
Best regards,
