Yes, Apple Music is actually also available for Android. Now there are indications that Apple is working on support for Chromecast devices.
9to5Google discovered lines of code during a teardown of version 2.8.2 of the Apple Music app that indicate that the company is working on support for Chromecast-supported devices. Two application IDs were found in the lines that are assigned by Google when registering for Chromecast support.

Apple Music: For TVs, speakers and smart displays
Among other things, these IDs allow developers to design their own interface for TVs and smart displays. In addition to the two devices, music could soon also be supported on speakers such as the Google Home. But there is also completely different evidence that Apple Music will soon be coming to entertainment devices from Google. Some time ago, an entry for the streaming service was discovered in the home app. And even if it wasn't working at the time, Apple could activate it soon.
