Google Fit: Information about the 30-day challenge

To start the upcoming year 2019 sportily, Google announced a 30-day challenge. During this period, it is important to collect as many cardio points as possible in Google Fit.

You can already register for the challenge in the Google Fit app. There is now a banner in the app for this, which is located under the display with the minutes of activity and cardio points collected. The challenge officially starts on January 1st and lasts 30 days from then on. The goal is to get as many cardiopoints as which were introduced last Augustto collect as possible during this period. One point is awarded for moderate activity pro Minute, for more intensive activities there are two points pro Minute. Activities are tracked either automatically or on request.

For this campaign, Google teamed up with several YouTubers and influencers to show how they can get their cardio points. In addition, the company carried the hashtag #GetFitWithGoogle one where you can see how other people are doing sports. But you can also post your own contributions under the hashtag.
