Yesterday the new Google Pixel devices were presented: Google Pixel and Pixel XL.

At the keynote on Tuesday, October 04th, 2016, many devices such as the Pixel Phones were presented. Both Pixel Phones have the Google Assistant pre-installed and therefore have a lot in common.

Pixel Phones with 4 GB of RAM

The Pixel phones have a Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor, which operates at a clock speed of 2,15 GHz + 1,6 GHz. The CPU is supported by the RAM, which is 4 GB in both devices. If the storage space is not enough, the buyer can increase it using a microSD card. The devices also have unlimited cloud storage for photos and videos.

4K, Quad HD and Full HD

The resolution of the devices is very clear. The Google Pixel supports Full HD, which the Pixel XL also manages. But a little more was extracted there, which is why the Pixel XL can now take photos in Quad HD resolution. Videos can be recorded with 4K and pictures with the front camera in a resolution of 8 megapixels.

2770 mAh or 3450 mAh for all buyers

The battery capacity of the Google Pixel is 2770 mAh and 3450 of the Pixel XL, which should achieve a talk time of a maximum of 32 hours. In the case of the pixel, this should drop to 26 hours. Thanks to quick charging, the devices can be charged within 15 minutes with seven hours more battery life.

Available from 759 euros to 1009 euros

The Google Pixel with 32 GB costs 759 euros and that with 128 GB 869 euros. The price of the Pixel XL is slightly higher and can be bought with 32 GB for 899 euros. The 128 GB model costs 1009 euros.
