Honor MagicBook Pro: Leak confirms the notebook
Despite the US trade ban, Honor should be tinkering with its own notebook. This is said to be the Honor MagicBook Pro be called.
Evan Blass was once again busy posting drawings on Twitter depicting the supposed Honor MagicBook Pro should show. Looking at the graphic above, I'll remember that a little bit Razer blade 15 remind. This notebook also has thin display bezels and a speaker grill on each side of the keyboard. The power button, which presumably also functions as a fingerprint sensor, is located in one of these grids. We already know that from Huawei MateBook X Pro and the Huawei MateBook 13 (2019).proPos display: According to Evan Blass, this is 16,1 inches.
You can also see that the webcam is under one of the keys on the keyboard - we know it from the MateBook X Pro – and that Honor implements an NFC area for Huawei Share. I described the latter review report for the Huawei Matebook 13. Only the fans can be seen on the bottom. Blass also mentions some specs of the laptop: The Intel Core i5 as Proprocessor, the Nvidia MX250 aös graphics card, eight gigabytes of RAM and 512 gigabytes of SSD storage. The leaker does not mention prices.
Honor MagicBook Pro: Disadvantaged by trade embargo?
I am afraid that Honor with the MagicBook Pro on some Proproblems. As everyone knows, Huawei and Honor are struggling with US President Donald Trump's trade ban. This means that no US company is allowed to do business with the two Chinese groups. As a result, Huawei will no longer be allowed to access the official one in the future Version of Android put - unless it comes a trade deal conditions. Even if Evan Blass says that Honor has the necessary components for the MagicBook (Proprocessor, graphics card and similar things) in stock, I don't think this will do well in the long term. It remains to be seen whether Honor will surprise me and others.
