OPPO is known for their Enco True Wireless headphones, as they already showed with the high-end TWS Enco x Headphones last year. Only recently came the Enco Air on the market, now OPPO is announcing the Enco Free2.

The OPPO Enco Free2 are in collaboration with the Danish sound experts from Dynaudio developed. This puts them directly in the same sound league as the Enco X, which were also fine-tuned by Dynaudio.

OPPO Enco Free2 with noise canceling and long battery life

The equipment of the OPPO Enco Free2 includes:

  • 42 dB personalized active noise cancellation
  • Personalized sound boost
  • Fine tuning by Dynaudio
  • Triple-Microphone Call Noise Suppression
  • Up to 30 hours of music playback time

That sounds pretty good. As the Enco Free2 do in practice, you will soon be able to do this in one TechnikNews read test. The Enco Free2 comes in black or white and offers a 10mm dynamic driver pro Earphones. They can also be controlled via Bluetooth 5.2 and the AAC or SBC codec.

The Enco Free2 can be adjusted directly to your own hearing using the integrated "hearing test", thereby offering even better sound adjustment. This can be done either directly on an OPPO smartphone or with the HeyMelody app.

Personalized swipe gestures and quick pair

The Enco Free2 can of course be operated by swiping the earphones themselves. This setting can also be freely proven. The OPPO Quick Pair function is available on OPPO smartphones with ColorOS11. It is sufficient to open the case once and the Enco Free2 are ready for use.

OPPO states a full 30 hours of music playback for the battery. That would be very neat. This runtime is understood with the case and the ANC switched off. Activated with ANC, you should get a runtime of 24 hours with Case. Which would still be very good. As a charging option, the Enco Free2 offer a USB Type-C connection on the case. Unfortunately, wireless charging is not on board. That remains reserved for the Enco X. They are also dust and water resistant according to IP54.
