Pokémon GO: upcoming update brings buddy feature

Pokémon GO developer Niantic did on Friday in one official mail confirms that the next update should receive the buddy function. Been a long time there were already references to this feature in addition to many other functions.
In the Pokémon GO series, Ash is always accompanied by a Pokémon on his journey. Now this should also be implemented in the AR game Pokémon GO through an upcoming update.
