With round displays
Polar installed a round display in both watches. This is always switched on and can now even reproduce colors. In general, the Polar Vantage V and M no longer look as sporty as, for example, the M200 the case is. Both cases have a diameter of 46 millimeters and are waterproof to a depth of 30 meters. In addition, the two sports watches are very light: the Vantage V weighs 66 grams, the Vantage M only 45 grams.
Optical pulse measurement for more precise values
Polar calls the interplay of the technology that measures the pulse in both models Precision Prime. For this purpose, a total of nine different optical heart rate sensors were installed, which can emit LED lights in different colors and wavelengths. This means that information can be read from a total of two different skin levels. The result: even more precise tracking of his heart rate.
The Vantage V can also measure the running power. You don't have this option with the Polar Vantage M. In addition, a GPS module was of course built into both watches.
Many additional features for athletes
With the Polar Vantage V and Vantage M you can record a total of 130 sports. Competing products can't come anywhere close to this number.

The two features “Training Load Pro” and “Recovery Pro” are particularly special. These are extensions of the free Polar Coach service. These show you numbers, data and a sports science analysis of your training load and recovery. Trainers can use Polar Flow for Coach to create personalized training plans that can then be released to athletes. This too is in line with competition.proproducts not possible.

The Polar Vantage V is available in black, white and red. You can pre-order it immediately at a price of 500 euros. The Polar Vantage M is available in the same colors. The pre-order price, however, is 280 euros.
