With this update, WhatsApp is releasing another feature that many people have wished for. WhatsApp video calling has only just begun!

In WhatsApp Android beta some users were able to test the future feature and now it is available for every operating system on the smartphone. The update won't look like that though last update Released bit by bit, but directly for each operating system.

The feature was already expected

Many WhatsApp users had asked for this feature a few months earlier. On Monday you have in that official blog post announced that the feature would appear as a normal update. Users should look forward to it as it could turn out to be something big.

WhatsApp competes with other messengers

Since WhatsApp video telephony will be used by more than a handful of WhatsApp users in just a few days, this makes WhatsApp a strong competitor to Skype, Google Duo, FaceTime and Co. Skype grew up with video telephony, but how should it go from here ? Nobody knows.

Use and find WhatsApp video telephony - this is how it works!

Once you've downloaded the update, you'll find the video calls in the same tab as voice calls. It is marked with an icon. At the moment, however, it is not possible to have video calls with more than two people at the same time. You find in another Article by David also more information about WhatsApp video telephony!
