This week, Xiaomi finally officially introduced its new Xiaomi Mi 10T series, consisting of Mi 10T Lite, Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro. The Chinese manufacturer promises top hardware at fair prices. In this article, we'll take a look at what the new smartphones have to offer and how much they cost.

The Mi 10T Pro is the flagship of the new series, but it hardly differs from the slightly cheaper Mi 10T. The Mi 10T Lite is the entry-level smartphone, which is also reflected in the price. We'll start with this smartphone now.

With the Mi 10T Lite you have your cheapest and least equipped smartphone in your portfolio.

The entry-level smartphone is equipped with a 6,67-inch LC display, which has a sufficiently sharp resolution with FHD +. The specialty is the fluid refresh rate of 120Hz. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, which is supported by 6 GB of RAM, works under the hood. You can choose between 64 GB and 128 GB of internal storage. The built-in battery is an impressive 4.820 mAh and can be charged quickly with the 33W power supply unit supplied. The smartphone is also equipped with NFC, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, dual GPS, USB-C and a 3,5 mm jack connection.

On the back, Xiaomi has once again installed 4 cameras that are similar to the Little X3 NFC arranged are: A 64 MP (f / .1.89) main camera, an 8 MP (f / 2.2) ultra-wide-angle camera and 2 sensors with 2 MP each for macro shots and bokeh effects. There are 6 long exposure modes, time-lapse selfie, timed burst and dual video. The front camera has a resolution of 16 MP and sits in a small punch hole in the display.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite can be pre-ordered from September 30th at prices from 279 euros (for 64 GB) and will be available from October 23rd. The version with 128 GB of storage costs 349 euros and will also be available from October 23rd. Both versions are available in the colors Pearl Gray, Atlantic Blue and Rose Gold Beach.

The Mi 10T is also equipped with a 6,67 inch FHD+ LCD display, which even supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. In this price range (more on that later), this is definitely a challenge from Xiaomi. There are also differences in the processor, because the 5G-capable Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 is at work under the hood. There is also 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory. The battery is 180 mAh larger here, so an impressive 5.000 mAh, and can also be charged with the included 33W power adapter. Apart from the lack of a headphone jack and the fact that it offers stereo speakers, there are no differences in the rest of the features compared to the Mi 10T Lite.

There are more differences in the camera: Xiaomi only installs 3 cameras, consisting of the same 64 MP (f / 1.89) main camera, a 13 MP (f / 2.2) ultra wide-angle camera and a 5 MP (f / 2.4) macro camera. There are only differences between the ultra-wide-angle camera and the macro camera. Similar to the Samsung Galaxy S20 series, videos can be recorded in 8K with up to 30 FPS. Here, too, there are 6 separate long-term exposure modes that enable artistic shots: For example, “Moving Crowd”, which can be used to focus on a fixed subject. The front camera has a resolution of 20 MP and is also located in a small punch hole in the display. This means that even 120 FPS slow motion recordings are possible.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T can be pre-ordered from September 30th at a price of 499,90 euros and will be available from October 23rd. All pre-orderers receive a Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini worth around 50 euros free of charge. The colors Cosmic Black and Lunar Silver are available.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is the best smartphone in the new Mi 10T series, of course, as it has the word "Pro" in its name. Nevertheless, at first glance there are hardly any differences to the Mi 10T. Here too, the 6,67-inch FHD+ LCD display supports a smooth refresh rate of 144Hz. There are also no differences in the processor, battery and quick-charge function. The first difference can be found in the storage options. While the Mi 10T is only available with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB flash memory, the Pro is available with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB flash memory and with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB flash memory, among others. Unfortunately, there is no headphone jack here either, but there are stereo speakers.

The camera is probably where the biggest differences are: Xiaomi has installed 3 cameras, consisting of a 108 MP (f/1.6) main camera, a 13 MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide-angle camera and a 5 MP (f/2.4) macro camera. The Pro also records videos, like the normal Mi 10T, in 8K at up to 30 FPS. The 6 own long exposure modes are also on board here. The front camera has a resolution of 20 MP and, like the Mi 10T, is located in a small punch hole in the display. It can also record slow motion recordings in 120 FPS.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro can be pre-ordered from September 30th and will be available from October 23rd. There are 2 versions available: the smaller version with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB flash memory for 599,90 euros and the larger version with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB flash memory for 649,90 euros. All pre-orderers will receive a Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini worth around 50 euros for free. The colors Cosmic Black, Lunar Silver and Aurora Blue are available.
