Caution: Fake influencer accounts from Nike & Co on Instagram on the go

Various influencer accounts are currently making the rounds on Instagram. For example, you should follow a Nike account in order to become a future influencer of the brand. However, these accounts are not real and should be reported!

Briefly reported: Since last week I have noticed that fake accounts of brands are spreading on Instagram. Here you offer an influencer job for the user if you meet certain requirements. However, these are completely bizarre - you have to follow the account, have at least 200 followers and share the page in your story. It should actually be clear here: Fake!

Unfollow & report account

In order to stop the proliferation of such accounts, one should report these accounts immediately. To do this, click on this Profil and at the top right by the three dots on "Report" -> "Spam". Instagram usually quickly deletes these accounts when there are enough reports. Under no circumstances should you use these accounts promoten – put in the story, for example. Recognize fake accounts in the future

Well-known brand accounts that are in the public domain will have a blue verification tick next to the Promovie names. This confirms that this is a real account. If you see an account claiming to be a brand, report it immediately and don't follow. This is the only way to permanently stop spam on Instagram.
