On October 26th, Microsoft will host an event in New York with some exciting news. Among other things, there should be more information about the AR glasses HoloLens. The much-anticipated Surface Phone could also be officially unveiled.
Who Mashable Now reported, Microsoft has already distributed some invitations to the keynote on October 26th. This time the event will only take place on a small scale. Last year the group presented the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL together with the Surface Book. So far there is no official, confirmed information from Microsoft about what is on the plan. The event will take place on October 26th at 10 a.m. Eastern Time or 16 p.m. PT.

According to Mashable, the group is currently planning a HoloLens for private customers instead of just launching it for companies. These glasses allow the wearer to have it appear hologram in front of their field of vision. The price of the HoloLens is currently a whopping 2750 euros – quite expensive. Furthermore, there should also be more information about the Xbox successor Project Scorpio come. Currently there are only specs for a possible Xbox One successor. Among other things, 4K gaming with 12 GB of RAM is planned. In addition, the console should also be VR-capable – but with which glasses you don’t know yet.
There has also been speculation about a Surface Phone from Microsoft for a long time. This smartphone should work like a computer with Windows 10 and therefore be equipped with high-end hardware.
