LITTLE X3 Pro and F3 are official: Beauty and the Beast

With the X3 Pro and F3 presented two new smartphones for the European market. Smartphones can do that.

About the POCO X3 Pro you already have much speculated. In terms of design, the smartphone is identical to that X3NFC, but a lot has happened inside. The X3 Pro has a 6,67 inch full HD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, only the LCD technology differs from the F3, which has an AMOLED display.

LITTLE X3 Pro: More specs

As a Prozessor, it uses the Snapdragon 860, which is an almost unchanged Snapdragon 855+. This was used, for example, in the Galaxy Z Flip or OnePlus 7T Pro used. But that also means: No 5G. That is withheld from the POCO F3. Of the Prozessor works with either 6 gigabytes of RAM and 128 GB of storage or with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Incidentally, the memory is faster UFS 3.1 and the slot is hybrid, i.e. either dual SIM or more memory.

As a camera setup, the X3 uses Pro a 48 megapixel main sensor, which is paired with an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera and two other 2MP cameras. One 2 megapixel sensor is for macro shots and the other for depth information. The front camera, which sits as a punch hole in the middle of the display, has a resolution of 20 megapixels. The battery is a full 5.160 mAh and can be recharged with the 33 watt charger that is in the box. The device has stereo speakers and a 3,5 mm jack connection. 5G connectivity is missing, but NFC, Bluetooth 5.0 and an infrared laser for media devices are present. The fingerprint sensor is in the power button on the side. For software, POCO uses a slightly modified version of Xiaomi's MIUI 12 based on Android 11.

The POCO X3 Pro comes in three different colors "Phantom Black", "Frost Blue" and "Metal Bronze". It is available in the 6 GB + 128 GB variant at an RRP of EUR 249,90 and in the 8 GB + 256 GB variant at an RRP of EUR 299,90. A limited contingent of both variants will be available from March 26 at the early bird price of EUR 199,90 and EUR 249,90 respectively.

Poco F3: "The Beast"

The Poco F3 is the real highlight of the event. The device also comes with a 6,67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. as Proprocessor is the new Snapdragon 870 5G in the device, also with the memory versions 6 GB/128 GB or 8 GB/256 GB. It should be mentioned that in addition to the UFS 3.1 memory, LPDDR5 RAM is also used. This provides another performance boost. Also with the F3 Pro Android 11 with MIUI 12 is used for POCO.

It will be available from March 30, 2021 in the 6 GB + 128 GB version at an RRP of 349,90 euros and in the 8 GB + 256 GB version at an RRP of 399,90 euros. A limited contingent of both variants is available from March 30th at the early bird price of EUR 299,90 and EUR 349,90 respectively available, while stocks last.
