The long wait ends. A year ago the LG G6 was presented at the MWC in Barcelona, now, on May 2nd in New York and on May 3rd in Seoul, we are (for the time being only) seeing the LG G7 ThinQ. All details.

Name already confirmed

In addition to the date for the release, the name has already been confirmed. It is currently unclear whether there will be a normal G7, initially only the G7 ThinQ was announced. According to an official press photo, this should be available in five different colors: Aurora Black, Platinum Gray, Morrocan Blue and Rasberry Rose. You can also see in this picture that the new smartphone will come with a notch and an almost borderless display. The fingerprint sensor should be located next to the dual camera on the back. In addition to the whole thing, there is an additional hardware button to be seen. With this one could possibly be able to start the Google Assistant or another AI. Anyway, the special name of the device suggests that we will see many features in connection with AI.

Hardware rumors

The LG G7 ThinQ could possibly come with a Snapdragon 845 from Qualcomm in conjunction with 6GB of RAM. It is also likely that there could be a second version with only 4GB of RAM. Like most other manufacturers, LG could also use 64GB storage in their new phone.

The article will be updated as soon as there is new information about the LG G7 ThinQ.
