OnePlus 7 Pro gets a new vibration motor

Four days left until the OnePlus 7 Pro in London officially revealed will. In the meantime there is new information about the smartphone from the CEO himself. This will have a better vibration motor.
"Please put a good vibration motor on upcoming devices" is a Reddit post that was addressed to OnePlus. So far this has got 481 approvals. And rightly so, because the vibration motors in OnePlus smartphones have always been too weak or too inconsistent, which means that notifications are often overlooked.
OnePlus 7 Pro: Bigger engine for less criticism?
The manufacturer apparently listened to the feedback, as Pete Lau, CEO of OnePlus, confirmed to the company CNETthat the OnePlus 7 Pro will have a new motor for the vibrations. This will be larger in the 7 Pro, making it 200 percent more powerful than the old one. During production, it was important to ensure that the device did not become any thicker. At the same time, it was important to ensure that the drive was positioned in such a way that the vibrations were evenly distributed across the casing. Pete Lau also noted that it will be possible to change the strength of the vibration motor, even when typing on the keyboard. It remains to be seen how this change will be noticeable in the wild.
