In terms of cameras, the Galaxy S9 now has a single camera, while the Galaxy S9 Plus has a dual camera. The sensors have a resolution of 12MP and can switch between f / 1.5 and f / 2.4 depending on the lighting conditions. The Galaxy S9 was also only equipped with 4GB RAM, the Galaxy S9 Plus with 6GB RAM. The internal memory is 64GB in both devices. The batteries are pretty average with 3000mAh in the small device and 3500mAh in the large device. For the software, the decision was made for Android 8.0 with the in-house Experience UX 9.0.

Samsung Uhsupp

In addition to the new flagships, Samsung could also introduce a new messenger at MWC, Samsung Uhsupp. This is supposed to be a direct competitor too WhatsApp and Co. be.
