Some users are currently reporting that Instagram is down. The app sometimes crashes when started on Android and iOS. So it's not because of your own smartphone.
Numerous users have been reporting for a few minutes on twitter and general disturbancesthat the popular photo app is currently unavailable. For example, the app should not start at all at the moment or should crash immediately when it is started. Messages such as “Instagram has ended” appear on some people's smartphones. The last disruption wasn't that long ago: just two weeks ago Instagram and WhatsApp down.
