Will the Razer Phone 2 be unveiled anytime soon?

A Razer keynote with CEO Ming-Liang Tan will take place in Hollywood on October 10th. This starts at 6:30, which is 21:30 in the evening for us. It has not yet been officially confirmed that the Razer Phone will be presented at the keynote. However, the shape of the frame that frames the details on the invitation suggests that we will see a smartphone at the event.

This is how it looks with contactless payment with the smartphone in Austria

Because Google Pay and Apple Pay are not yet available in Austria, contactless payment is severely restricted. There are apps from the banks that are supposed to have the same functionality as the services of the big manufacturers. However, these are not really the yellow of the egg. Now there is only one option left: man proit works with third-party apps. Editor-in-chief David Wurm discovered the boon app for himself here. In his contribution he explains what this can do.

On September 3, a real estate agent was using her Galaxy Note 9 in New York when it suddenly got very hot, she turned it off and put it back in her pocket. Then she heard a "whistling and howling noise" and noticed smoke. The Note 9 caught fire. The broker filed a lawsuit. Samsung assured that the batteries in the Note 9 are safe and is investigating the incident.

Which one it was and all other information about the Fitbit Ionic can be found in our test report. There are of course many pictures and other experience reports.

E-mobility is finally coming to Austria

With the company "Bird", the e-scooters have settled in Austria for the first time since last weekend. With the Proproject, you want to make it easier for everyone to get from one place to another - comfortably with the e-scooter. This should the compromiss between public transport and walking. Of course, even before we set off, we looked at what needs to be taken into account and how much such a trip would cost. All information about this in our article.

Samsung is also working in the background to deliver the update to Android 9 for all users as quickly as possible. The first device will probably be the Galaxy S9 Plus. Attentive hobbyists from XDA have already found working firmware with Android 9 Pie. So there should now also be a night theme for the Samsung surface. In general, the whole design should stick to Google's Stock Android and not have been modified properly.

The first Samsung smartphone with a triple camera is here

A surprise: A mid-range smartphone from Samsung comes with a triple camera. In addition to Huawei with the P20 Pro Samsung has now also released a smartphone with three cameras with the Galaxy A7 (2018). Otherwise, it is a typical Samsung mid-range device with otherwise decent equipment. The price is also not overly expensive compared to the competition. We have pictures of the Galaxy A7 (2018) and especially the triple camera in our article for you.

Use Spotify as an alarm clock - that's how it works

At the weekend we showed you in our guide how Spotify can be used as an alarm clock. So far, you always had to use third-party apps for this project, now you only need the Google Clock app. The whole Prozess is pretty easy and doesn't even require a Spotify Premium subscription. David Haydl has summarized the whole thing for you in a guide.

Amazon launches new AlexaProdukes

As usual, a lot has happened at Amazon in the Alexa range at the end of September. This week the Amazon Echo Dot was relaunched and other new Amazon EchoProproducts presented. Fun fact: There is now also an Alexa-controlled microwave. More useful ProProducts were of course also presented, so there are some new Smart Home Bundles, together with the new generation of the Amazon Echo Show.
