The summer slump is drawing to a close, which is also reflected in our reporting. You can find out what we wrote about this week here at TechnikNews weekly.
This week we not only published several reviews, but also all the information about the upcoming announcements from Apple. We also showed you what the iPhone 14 could look like next year. In addition, there was some smaller news, such as the introduction of the Razer Basilisk V3. Let's take a closer look at the three articles that you liked the most.
Sony Xperia 1 III review
My colleague Jacob was able to take a closer look at the Sony Xperia 1 III over the past few weeks. With this flagship, Sony wants to be a relevant option on the smartphone market again. Jacob couldn't quite convince it, though. Even if he would like the slightly different design, the display or the variable telecamera, he is of the opinion that the basics, such as the battery life, have to be mastered first.
Apple event announced
Apple is inviting people to its second event this year. On Tuesday, a livestream will be broadcast starting at 19 p.m., during which the company will present its latest products. We expect the iPhone 13 to be unveiled and that we will see the Apple Watch Series 7 with a new design. There is also speculation that Apple could introduce new AirPods. Announcements about possible services, such as Apple Arcade, are also not out of the question. TechnikNews will report promptly.
Possible Appearance of the iPhone 14 Leaked
Even though we are only expecting the iPhone 13, the possible design for the iPhone 14 Pro Max has already surfaced. Jon Prosser has already obtained CAD files and images of a prototype of the upcoming Apple smartphone. The most striking thing is that there is no camera bump or notch in the images. What this will look like with Face ID is of course not yet clear. Apple is said to be relying on Lightning or a completely wireless solution for the connection.
