A week with a lot of news and some test reports is slowly coming to an end. The three articles that you liked best are summarized here in the TechnikNews Weekly together.

OPPO Germany receives a new managing director

A year ago, OPPO gained a foothold in the German market. At that time, Johnny Zhang was the managing director, but he was recently promoted. That meant that a successor had to be found. It is now certain that Alan Jiang will be the new managing director of OPPO Germany. He already has 11 years of experience in the company and is looking forward to this exciting challenge and trust. What else is behind the person is summarized by my colleague Dominik in his short article.

First details about the Samsung Galaxy S22

The S22 will be Samsung's next big S flagship. Even if a possible launch date is still a few months away, the first details about the device are already available. Visually, not so much should change, here a similarity to the current S21 devices should remain. There should be slight changes to the displays, for example, with Samsung relying on LTPS and LTPO technology. You can read what else you need to know about the devices in advance in the article by Nils Ahrensmeier.

Vivo V21 5G review

The Vivo V21 5G is the first smartphone in the manufacturer's V series that is also available from us in Germany. My colleague Fabian Menzel was able to examine it more closely and reported in his test report what his opinion about the model is. In his conclusion, he particularly emphasizes the front camera with its 44 megapixels, which would beat anything else in the price range. Still, he thinks the price is a little too high. Since the cheaper competition has the edge, he would wait until the price drops a little.
